Josi has been working as a communications consultant for more than five years, half of which she has spent at Oseon. Her area of expertise spans various industries, with a focus on enterprise IT, IT security and New Work. An important concern for her is always the promotion of equality and social justice. 

Josi uses her expertise on a daily basis to develop and implement communication strategies for our clients. She specializes in media relations and content creation, using both traditional and social media channels. Josi therefore always has her finger on the pulse of the times and sees herself as a mediator between different generations who wants to break down prejudices and instead tease out the best practices of the respective worlds. 

Josi owes her passion for writing and telling creative stories to her studies in English Literature, Language and Media, which she completed in Mannheim and Frankfurt.
